Closure of Video Editing Workshop Nov 2008

Hello Everyone!

We have come to the end of this year's workshop. Haha...I am sure we had loads of fun...didnt we? Ken had fever, Gary couldn't feel his legs(but still laughing out loud), our "Auntie" and her O-Mac-Donald's broomstick dance, our reporters, Eileen & Xin Ni and their numerous bloopers..not forgetting Eileen tripping over the cable during the filming of the canteen scene....and the list does not stop here!

Above all these fun, the most important aspect is the learning outcome. I believe that with all the hands-on experience, most of you would have been inspired. Go grab those raw video footage of your one-year-old birthday party and perform the "magic" you now possess! Enjoy editing and film-making!

Certificate Presentation

This morning, the certificate presentation was held in Computer Lab 3 which also marks the official closure for the course. It has been quite difficult in getting a common timing for all of us to meet together for this ceremony. I understand that many of you guys wanted to speak with Mdm Aini regarding the course, however, this period of the year, there are many workshops and meetings for most of us. Perhaps...a written letter would do the trick..?

Anyways....the following are pictures taken during the presentation. For those who have NOT collected the certificates, please msg/email me when you would like to collect it.

Finally, the short film has been developed! Congratulations to each and everyone of you guys who took the extra step and initiative to make this a success. Obviously, we all know, it was suppose to be a better and longer film than this, nevertheless, we'll take this as our 1st step in the many years ahead.....as our school motto says, "To The Years Ahead".

Now, let's watch our film (this time, you do not need to look for your mistakes, the mistakes will appear right before you!)
