I experimented after course-hours to analyse the possibility of using the effect on our studio scenes. First of all, it is essential to have a good background video. For this sample, I did some research, and found out that, these background video are called seamless loops.
There are companies that design these seamless loops and sell them online. However, I managed to capture such a seamless loop by video-taping the Windows Media Player visualisations (for Free!) :D

After capturing the videos, as per normal, conversion and editing/trimming to get what is required only. After which, the video clip of Ken was overlayed and chroma-keyed.
